HO6 – The condo form insures the unit from the drywall in, including; the floors, ceiling, appliances, and personal property against all perils on a on a “named perils” basis. The term “named perils” is essentially a named exclusion form, this means if it’s not specifically excluded it’s covered. In addition the policy provides personal liability coverage and optional coverage such as: additional living expense, identity recovery, equipment breakdown, valuable articles, water back-up, additional living expense, personal property replacement, and much more.
