All quote requests must be new business to qualify, falsified information to obtain an entry to the contest will void entry and bar further entry to the contest. Referrals must contain valid contact information and will be subject to the same entry requirements as quote requests. All information will be kept confidential and never sold or divulged to any third party services. All contact information provided through any CityScape Insurance web form automatically accepts and agrees to receive future solicitations from CityScape Insurance with the understanding that they can unsubscribe at any time.
