Matthew I Gehrman
Matthew founded CityScape Insurance in September, 2013 with one goal in mind, to educate and provide innovative insurance solutions to his clients.
With Matthew’s vast work experience in both blue-collar and white-collar industries he brings together a unique balance of understanding, allowing him to better relate and serve his clients. Before launching CityScape Insurance, Matthew started his career in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative for a local agency in Scottsdale Arizona. Within six months he began his climb to the top by obtaining his P&C license and accepting a promotion as an Account Executive within the company.
It was Matthew’s experience as both a client and producer that inspired him to launch his own insurance agency where he offers the highest level of personalized service to individuals and businesses alike.
When Matthew isn’t working with clients or chasing his little people around, you can find him building furniture in the garage, turning wrenches, or cycling around town.
Monica Del Re
Monica Del Re, President and founder of Del Re Insurance and Financial Services, Financial Solutions LLC, has been providing Insurance, Financial, and Retirement Planning Services to residents of Arizona and surrounding states for 30 years. Monica is member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), National Ethics Association (NEA), and Better Business Bureau (BBB). Her background in Sales and Services, Operations of Insurance and Financial Services and Leadership as Agency Field Executive for a National Firm serving as a Principal with series 24,6,63 securities licenses. Undergraduate Degree in Public Administration, Graduate Degree in Education, M.Ed., University of Arizona demonstrates her dedication to knowledge and desire to promote an ethical and knowledgeable business environment. Her formal career of 15 years Law Enforcement and growing up in her family’s 60 year old Retail Business in Phoenix, Arizona, further promote her strong work ethic, honesty and integrity and family values.
Jason T. Voss
Jason T Voss at 19 years old started his career with CityScape Insurance on January 22nd 2019. Since the start of his career he’s made significant moves through the industry by obtaining his P&C license with a focus on client relations, account management, and back end efficiencies. When Jason isn’t in the office slamming away at the computer he enjoys spending time with his Wife, taking family trips to Disneyland, and jammin out to his favorite tunes on Rock Band/Guitar Hero.
Darren Mullins
A lifelong Arizona resident, Darren Mullins is happily married and has four children of whom he lives his life for. Promoting himself as “All Needs Covered Insurance Solutions”, Darren is proud to have joined the team at CityScape Insurance Agency in April, 2019. Darren offers a wide variety of insurance and financial protection products and services that can help you, your family, and your business meet a number of insurance and financial protection needs. When it comes to insurance, Darren helps his clients get “All Needs Covered”! Whenever Darren gets the chance to get away from his work, you can usually find him either at one of his children’s sporting events or sitting on the side of a lake relaxing with his family while trying to hook a fish.
